Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need prior experience with fascia work or yoga? A: Not at all. This is a gentle, beginner-friendly practice. The focus is on listening to your body and communicating safety to your nervous system, not on achieving difficult or complex poses.

Q: What if I can't make the live Monday class? A: No problem. When you purchase the class, you can request a recording, which is available for you to use on your own time within a one-week period.

Q: How is this different from a regular stretching or yoga class? A: This class is specifically neuro-myo-fascial focused. We blend resistance and mindful stretches to target the connective tissue and the nervous system, leading to a deep, integrated reset, not just general muscle lengthening.
