The Foundation — 1 hour Massage | $190
A restorative monthly massage for consistent nervous system support and body maintenance. (A $210 value)
The Integration — 1 hour Massage + Movement | $215 Signature Offering: 1 hr Movement + Massage Session per month. Includes full access to Monday night virtual Fascia Love classes 7-8pm EST. (A $300+ value)
The Deep Reset — 90 minute Massage | $280
The ultimate “reset” for deep tension and nervous system regulation. (A $294 value)

Consistent Care: One monthly session
